What each person does in the event photo workflow
The host prepares the event, decides the access settings, and invites the people who need to participate. A photographer joins the host-assigned event and uploads the photo sets for that event. An attendee uses the link, QR code, or event code shared by the host. When matching is enabled, face enrollment is the step that lets Taggz look for that attendee in the photos uploaded to the event.
These roles are intentionally connected but separate. A photographer does not need to set attendee access. An attendee does not need to search a public directory of events. The host can shape the gallery experience for their event, including the viewing, unlock, and download options that people see.
